Why does health-care legislation not take effect until 2013 and 2014? I find it ironic that the Dems cannot start over because it would take too much time...BUT the plan doesn't take effect for 3 or 4 more years anyway? Hmmm???
Politics are at play on both sides but this is important legislation. It might be tough to figure out, but that is the job for those in the House & Senate. If you don't like it, resign and we will elect someone who has the courage to do what is right.
